Reggaeton Latino originates from Puerto Rico with influences of American Hip hop, Latin America and Carribean music. Most times the music is either sang or rapped in Spanish or a mix. The genre is sometimes confused for reggae music but is actually a pretty young type of music stemming from the early ’90s.
As time has passed reggaeton has spread throughout through a couple of countries in the form of production and listening to the most obvious being Latin America then the United States, Europe, and even the Philippines in which the language is switched into the native Tagalog which has similarities to Spanish.
In the song Salud y Vida you get Reggatonero Daddy Yankee rapping about literal life and health through images of the natural culture of Latin America and the catholic church.
Through a green shade on everyone was shown. The priest, elder woman, kid, young man and etc a lot of this is through showing the green tint which in the religion itself tends to mean money greed or health. Which is something all generations are working toward getting too.
The song was actually originally released attached to another song by the same artist called lo que paso paso. Which takes a lighter vibe with more of a bachata spin speaking about what has happened has happened.

This is a pretty low percentage especially when you arent around the culture and you could in a way develop your own stereotypes through not being properly informed.
